Can I change the delivery address ?

 

Once an order’s been completed we unable to change your delivery address.

You may be able to cancel your order but we’re pretty quick at picking and packing your order which means you’ll need to be quick. You can cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing, but you’ll need to contact us by email or phone to action this for you.

 

Can I change the size/colour of the item I’ve ordered ?

Can I track my order ?

 

All our UK orders are trackable. You will receive a despatch email with a tracking number on for your order, alternativiley you can log in to your account and view the tracking on your order history.

Tracking may not be available on some International orders. Please allow the full delivery time before contacting us.

 

Where is my order ?

 

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we’re here to help.

 

Before contacting us it’s worth checking few things first. Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view tracking information.

 

Sign into your account to check we have the correct delivery information for your order and that all of your contact details are up to date.

Check with your neighbours. If you weren’t in then the courier may have left the parcel with one of your neighbours. Check in any safe area’s the driver may have left your parcel, such as in a porch or garden shed.

If you still can’t find your parcel contact our customer service team quoting your order number.

How long will it take to process my return ?

 

As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team , we’ll email you to let you know. 

 

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items. Contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help you out. 

Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my exchange ?

 

Exchanges are usually processed and despatched within a few days of us receiving the goods back.  

We can exchange items for a different size or colour. You can also exchange items for a different product with the same or lower price as the original item. 

We’ll refund any difference in price difference. 

We are unable to exchange items for higher value orders. If the item you have requested isn’t in stock we’ll refund you and send you an email to let you know.

 

Will I be charged VAT ?

 

All orders placed are in Pounds Sterling (£), if sent within the European Union they will be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax). This is currently charged at 20%
Simeion Company has a policy of charging all customers the same throughout the world, so that the price paid in pounds sterling is the same wherever a customers lives (except for the cost of delivery).

None of the significant additional administrative costs for overseas orders are passed on to customers. Equally, an effective reduction in prices through reclaiming VAT is not available.  

All queries relating to VAT should be made to the HM Customs.

 

My payment won’t go through ?

 

Check to make sure that the details on your account are correct. 
 
Make sure that you have entered the security code correctly; this is the three digit code on the back of your card.  
 
Your card issuer may have declined your payment, but as they don’t tell us the reason for this you should probably check with them.
If you have tried all the above, try paying with another card. If you’re still having problems please contact our Customer Service team with as many details as possible including any error messages you’re seeing and we’ll try to resolve the problem for you.

The Item I want is out of stock. Will you be getting more stock ?

We aren’t always able to tell you if or when an item is due back in stock. Contact our customer service team who can give you our most up to date information.

 

The item I received is faulty ?

We’re sorry your product was faulty and we’d like to sort out any issues quickly.

As soon as you discover a fault please contact our customer service team with the order number, the faulty items name and number and a description of the fault

 

I’ve received the wrong items/size ?

 

We’re only human and occasionally mistakes can happen. If it’s happened to you we’re very sorry and we’ll do our best to put it right as soon as possible.
